It's not coming out unless you grab the gun and pull it out. The way the depression on the clip is at the end and where the rear screw is, makes a really secure grab on your pants. Also the way this mounts actually takes your factory plastic push pins and replaces them with steel pins that are threaded so you can screw on the clip with loctite. You can easily cover this with a tight T-shirt tail carrying at any o'clock position. The main design of this set up is you get a very slim IWB carry option.
The grip of the P11 is small, so you will have to dig a little to get a grip on it vs if you had a full sized gun with an FBI cant that keeps the full grip above the belt line.
You can also put it on and take it off getting in an out of a vehicle or sitting at a desk.
You don't get any padding like from a Hybrid holster, but if you're gun is light like the P11, you don't have to have your pants and belt as tight to hold it all up, so that's the trade off. A clip like this is by far the slimmest and most simple carry solution. I've also had the clips that mount with adhesive. I've owned clips for other guns, like the LC9.
